About the Position

We are seeking a Projektleiter mit FMEA Kenntnissen (m/w/d) for a role in St. Georgen, Herbolzheim, or Mulfingen, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a suitable AI-supported FMEA software within an internal project and develop a well-founded recommendation for tool selection.
• Support the FMEA team both technically and methodologically as a sparring partner, critically questioning existing approaches, and ensuring a structured and goal-oriented project implementation.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Solid FMEA knowledge and practical experience in applying the methodology (no explicit experience as an FMEA moderator required)
• Several years of experience in project management and in the structured steering and coordination of projects
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the use of AI-supported solutions in the FMEA environment, particularly in the evaluation, selection, or application of corresponding software tools.

Framework Conditions

• Utilization: approx. 40% (16 hours per week), flexible distribution by agreement
• Remote proportion: approx. 70%
• Deployment locations: St. Georgen, Mulfingen, and Herbolzheim
• On-site appointments: Occasional workshops at the mentioned locations; frequency and location will be coordinated project-dependently
