SOLCOM GmbH is seeking a Projektleiter mit FMEA Kenntnissen (m/w/d) to join our team in St. Georgen, Herbolzheim, or Mulfingen, Germany. This role involves leading an internal project with a focus on FMEA and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead an internal project with the FMEA team (7 members)
- Ensure project requirements are met by providing external project management support
- Propose the right tool for AI-based FMEA processing
- Act as a sparring partner and provide critical feedback to the team
- Utilize FMEA knowledge and project management experience
Requirements
Must-haves
- FMEA-Kenntnisse: Experienced, but not necessarily an FMEA moderator
- Project Management: Experience in leading projects
- Languages: Fluent in Deutsch and advanced proficiency in English
Nice-to-haves
- Additional project management certifications
- Experience with AI tools
