Projektleiter TGA (m/w/d)

Project Lead, Building Services (TGA), Munich

TGA planning office, approximately 90 staff, Munich office. The employer is named before the first interview.

Responsibilities

Project lead for TGA (HVAC and plumbing) across HOAI phases 1 to 9
Leading a team of three to five design engineers and technical system planners
Schedule, cost, and quality control, change-order management
Coordination with clients, architects, authorities, and contractors
Construction supervision and commissioning support

Requirements

Must-have criteria

Degree in building services or energy and building technology, or Staatl. gepr. Techniker HLS
At least 7 years in TGA design, including 3 years as project lead
Confident with HOAI, VOB, and VDI guidelines
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD MEP, LINEAR, or mh-software
German C1

An advantage

Experience with data centers or cleanrooms
BIM experience according to DIN EN ISO 19650
English B2 for international clients
