Responsibilities
- Developing and executing purchasing strategies for our 2nd life Business to achieve the company’s mid-term goal of becoming the leading company of 2nd life sales in UGCIS and generating net profit from operations.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Find and build partnerships with suppliers of used electronics.
- Collaborating with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products.
- Review and maintain good records of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts, etc.) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.
- Contract management to include all aspects (e.g. administer, review, manage, file, evaluate, analyze, and negotiate).
- Compile data from various sources for analyzing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and monitoring of purchasing processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in international purchases
- Experienced and skilled in the sphere of retail electronics and used devices
- Openness for business trips abroad
- Fluent in English
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems
