Meta Description: Boeing is seeking a Quality Inspector for their Norderstedt, Germany facility to ensure product conformance to design requirements.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
- Verify routine product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results.
- Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring, identify and document discrepancies, and control non-conforming items.
- Conduct preliminary reviews and dispositions of non-conformance, collaborate with customers during product or process verification, and initiate corrective actions for significant or repetitive issues.
- Perform and document dimensional inspections in accordance with design records and AQL levels, as well as visual inspections for obvious defects.
- Review certification documents to ensure traceability requirements in accordance with AS9100 and Boeing quality standards.
- Support the team in developing inspection plans and conducting internal customer and third-party audits.
- Participate in internal and external online QA training courses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to clarify quality issues, review inspection results, and support timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, quality documentation, and measurement equipment logs in accordance with applicable procedures and standards.
