About the Position

Recruiting & Sales Coordinator / Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d)

House of SOLCOM GmbH, a part of the House of HR Gruppe, is seeking a structured individual to support the development of its subsidiary, ibb house of engineering GmbH. As a Recruiting & Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales, recruiting candidates, and managing HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support our sales team in daily operations
• Recruit and select suitable candidates for client requests
• Manage our external employees throughout their employment
• Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documents
• Prepare and assist with monthly payroll and client billing
• Maintain employee and candidate data and administrative processes
• Coordinate job interviews, hiring, and onboarding activities
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, employees, and clients on organizational matters

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a similar field, or a commercial education with relevant further training
• Initial work experience in recruiting, HR, sales support, or ideally in HR services
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, self-reliant working style
• Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills with candidates, employees, and clients
• Enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining an overview
• High service orientation, reliability and meticulousness, along with team spirit, commitment, and a hands-on mentality
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
