About the Position
We are seeking a Chief Editor for our online service in Warszawa, responsible for content creation, team management, and strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Oversee the editorial and artistic aspects of the site.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute the growth strategy for the service, including new video formats, tutorial cycles, etc.
- Daily Management: Supervise the content creation process, including editorial oversight.
- Team Motivation: Motivate and engage the subordinate team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams.
- Agency Coordination: Collaborate with agencies.
- Budget Management: Responsible for the budget and results of the service.
- Writing: Write original texts.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a decision-making position in a large online editorial office.
- Extensive knowledge and contacts related to online content publishing, video, and news.
- Experience and high competence in managing an editorial team.
- Emotional and managerial maturity.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Higher education.
