Regional Business Development Manager

About the Position

MBC Talent Connections, a leading supply chain solutions and logistics provider, is seeking experienced Regional Business Development Managers to join its team. The organization offers comprehensive services including product supply, recovery, on-site support, reverse logistics, and packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive $3M–$5M in new business sales annually across assigned territories and industry segments
• Maintain a diverse sales pipeline with a minimum of $20M in potential growth opportunities
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships at the local/regional level
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand brand visibility and develop leads
• Match customer needs to organizational solutions through consultative selling
• Travel frequently within the region to support prospecting, closing, and account management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a regional or national sales role
• Preferred background in logistics, industrial packaging, transportation, or pallet/container-related industries
• Strong track record in B2B sales, client management, and business development
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
