Regional Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Regional Manager with experience in iGaming and marketing for a fast-growing holding in Chile. This role is remote and offers an exciting and challenging job in a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitors, user behavior, local trends, and relevant ecosystem updates for the assigned GEO.
• Prepare structured research inputs, tracking reports, and basic recommendations for internal teams.
• Support local relevance checks for campaigns, content, and market-facing materials.
• Identify and frame regulatory, reputational, competitive, or partnership risks early.
• Coordinate repetitive or support-related requests with shared testers when required.
• Escalate important findings, blockers, or uncertainties to a Country Manager.
• Build a useful local network of affiliates, partners, PSPs, and market contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming with a specific GEO (CL) / market (LATAM).
• A thorough understanding of the market: competitors, communities, local channels, and audience characteristics.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, marketing, operations, project management, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• ESP & ENG speaker (ru – will be a plus).
• Actual residence in Chile.
