About the Position

Golden Staff - a leader in providing consulting services, is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Ukrainian manufacturing company specializing in energy-efficient aluminum solutions for construction. The company has its own production and warehouse complexes in Kyiv and Kyiv region and works with objects throughout Ukraine - from private construction to shopping and business centers, hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The company is looking for a recruiter who will help build a strong team and close vacancies of various levels - from line staff to middle and management positions.

We are looking for a recruiter who loves and knows how to find people, test new search channels, and work for results, not just a "process HR".

Location: Kyiv, Left Bank (Darnytsia / Chernihivska).

Work Format: Office, hybrid format possible after probation.

Employment: Official.

Compensation: Competitive salary, final offer based on interview results.

Main Tasks

• Full recruitment cycle;
• Candidate search through job sites, LinkedIn, social media, recommendations, direct search;
• Work with educational institutions and universities;
• Conducting interviews;
• Supporting candidates until the end;
• Employee onboarding;
• Developing new search channels;
• Working with vacancies of various levels.

What is Important

• Recruiting experience of at least 1 year;
• Ability to close vacancies, not just manage the process;
• Sourcing/direct search;
• Proactivity and independence;
• Understanding of the modern recruitment market.
