Requirements Engineer / Product Owner

About the Position

We are seeking a Requirements Engineer / Product Owner to join our global lottery company, focusing on gathering and managing product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customer Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and workshops as part of the requirements management process.
• Requirements Elicitation: Gather and understand requirements from various sources: technical documentation, formal proposals and contracts, and stakeholders (including customers, end users, and internal business stakeholders).
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze the gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and testable.
• Requirements Specification: Document the analyzed requirements in a clear and concise format, often in a Functional Requirements Document, leveraging standard tools such as Word, Polarion X or Jira.
• Requirements Management: Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including product managers, product owners, developers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of the product requirements for the delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent communication (English C2), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business and technology organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under moderate supervision.
• Ability to proofread the work of colleagues and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of time).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones internationally if required.
