Researcher, Junior Recruiter

We are currently looking for a Researcher, Junior Recruiter who wants to develop in recruitment/sourcing and can find the "right" candidates even where others don't look 😏

Responsibilities

• Posting job openings on job platforms, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, and other resources
• Searching for and selecting candidates according to the job profile
• Conducting initial phone interviews
• Communicating with candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Inspiring candidates with job openings and presenting our clients' opportunities
• Organizing interviews with the recruiter/client
• Maintaining a candidate database in Notion and CRM
• Preparing supporting documents with a senior recruiter
• Providing feedback to candidates after interview stages
• Keeping track of trends and new tools in recruitment/sourcing

Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
• Proficient use of Google Docs / Calendar / Drive
• Understanding of CRM and task managers
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to bring tasks to completion
• Communication skills and telephone etiquette
• English level B1+
• Sales experience or persuasion skills is a plus
