About the Position
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to analyze household data and the retail competitive landscape in Western Ukraine, conducting primary and secondary research.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze household data, such as population, income, and spending in Western Ukraine by conducting primary and secondary research.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and make recommendations for the improvement of existing internal business processes.
- Develop, organize, and oversee customer surveys.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Operations departments, and store managers to gather and consolidate inputs regarding changes in consumer spending and the competitive marketplace, and prepare trend reports for senior management.
- Provide inputs in assortment selection and promo-campaigns.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in data analysis, household data, retail competitive landscape, and customer surveys.
- Proficiency in benchmarking analysis, business process improvement, and trend reports.
