About the Position

Retention & Lifecycle Manager (Marketing)

IONOS is seeking a Retention & Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is pivotal in managing customer retention and lifetime value for North America. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that enhance customer retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.

Responsibilities

Existing-customer campaigns: End-to-end management from idea to execution.
Retention, reactivation, and churn prevention: Across online and offline channels.
Cohort, lifecycle, and NPS analysis: To identify and leverage key levers for LTV.
AI-first workflow: Utilizing AI for segmentation, campaign build, content, and analysis.
Cross-team partnership: Collaborating with Acquisition, Control Panel development, Customer Success, and central German teams.
