Primary stack
Job description
About the Position
We’re looking for an experienced Unity Programmer to join our team and take on a unique technical challenge.
This is not a project starting from zero. The project is already in development with a solid technical foundation created by an experienced programmer who will remain available for handover, consultation, and ongoing technical supervision. We are looking for someone who can build on this foundation, understand the existing codebase, gradually take greater technical responsibility, and grow with the project.
This is not a beginner / rookie position. We need someone experienced, responsible, communicative, and genuinely willing to learn new things and take on new challenges.

How We Work
We are a small remote team, mainly using Discord and shared online tools. We value clear communication, responsibility, and a professional approach, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the project, not simply complete isolated tasks.
Important – Compensation
This is currently not a fixed-salary / cash position. We work under a revenue-share model, with future rewards based on contribution and covered by a clear Gentleman’s Agreement. The project is under NDA, and detailed project information and materials will only be shared after an initial review and before further project access.
To Apply
If you’re interested, please send:
- Your location / timezone
- A short overview of your Unity/C# experience
- Your portfolio and/or GitHub
- A brief description of the Unity projects you have worked on
- Confirmation that the revenue-share / no fixed cash model works for you
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the challenge, the project, and long-term collaboration.
If this sounds like something you'd like to take on, feel free to reach out.
