Responsibilities

• Join our experienced team in the Nairobi Office
• Engage in assurance, tax, or bookkeeping roles
• Collaborate with local and global experts
• Design and co-create solutions with a client-centric approach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (graduated within the last year)
• CPA or ACCA qualifications (completed or actively enrolled)
• Certifications or experience in IT or data analytics are advantageous
• Display the RSM DNA: curious, caring, collaborative, critical thinker, and courageous
• Strong work ethic and passionate learner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Confident, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
