About the Position

We are looking for a part-time Data Verification and Quality Assurance Clerk to join our team in Munich, ensuring secure and accurate digital identification processes.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Conduct manual checks of customer identifications, verify data extracted via OCR from ID documents, and ensure the accuracy of customer photos and selfies to prevent fraud.
• Documentation: Identify and systematically document recurring patterns, and regularly coordinate with the product team to enhance service quality.
• Data Preparation: Assist the data science team in preparing training data, including labeling data for machine learning.

• Language Skills: Very good German (C1/C2) proficiency in both written and spoken form - English is not required.
