Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Handle incoming phone and online bookings, follow-up bookings, changes, and cancellations, including complaints and damage cases. Clarify customer inquiries, check documents, and work closely with international rental car partners and insurance companies.
• Customer Engagement: Thanks to modern generative AI systems, you will process customer inquiries faster and more accurately and independently handle bookings and related administrative tasks.
• Interface Function: As an interface between German-speaking customers and international partners, you contribute to smooth cooperation.

Requirements

• Experience & Know-how: A completed commercial education or experience in customer service or clerical work is advantageous.
• Drive & Communication: Your communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers-even in challenging conversations-are among your strengths.
• Smart Problem Solving: Goal-oriented and service-oriented work approach as well as assertiveness characterize you.
• Team Spirit: Personal responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork are natural to you.
• Digital Fit & Tools: High internet affinity, confident use of MS Office, and curiosity for AI-based tools and interest in digital trends.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and advanced English skills in speech and writing.
