Safety Engineer – MRL/MVO, Safexpert & SISTEMA

About the Position

We are seeking a Safety Engineer with experience in MRL/MVO, Safexpert, and SISTEMA for a remote and Wedel (Hamburg) position.

Responsibilities

• Review and update existing risk assessments and CE documentations.
• Conduct risk analyses for machines and equipment.
• Manage existing Safexpert projects and initiate new ones if necessary.
• Evaluate and calculate safety functions using SISTEMA.
• Ensure compliance with the Machinery Directive (MRL) and Machinery Ordinance (MVO).
• Document results and required measures.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Proven practical experience with Safexpert.
• Proven practical experience with SISTEMA.
• Experience in risk assessment of machines and systems.
• Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 12100.
• Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13849-1 and evaluation of performance levels.
• Experience with CE conformity and machine safety.
• Knowledge of MRL and MVO.

Framework

Initially on-site, then fully remote after day 1.
