Sales Admin Executive, Creator Growth

About the Position

As a Sales Admin Executive, Creator Growth, you will play a vital role in the operational success of our affiliate creator campaigns. In this role, you will learn the intricacies of project liquidation and financial documentation while working alongside industry experts to manage high-volume transactions and KOL partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital advertising and professional sales administration. In this role, you will be supporting Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)-driven and Affiliate Revenue projects on platforms such as TikTok Shop, YouTube, Meta, and Shopee.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and empower the administration process within the team. Supervise and mentor junior members to achieve given requirements from clients and internal processes.
• Collaborate and support the team to obtain comprehensive project supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL, clients, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry.
• Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL, clients, etc.).
• Follow up project liquidation and payment progress.
• Process a high volume of product orders.
• Process invoices for all sales transactions.
• Support other tasks if needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, etc.
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin.
• Experience in affiliate creator agency/MCN business is a plus.
• Negotiation skill & critical thinking, detail-oriented.
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
