Sales Development Representative

About the Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Latent, you will be on the front lines of our growth engine. Your mission is to identify, research, and engage prospective health system customers, creating qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of healthcare operations and AI technology
• Master consultative prospecting skills
• Drive awareness of Latent’s mission
• Play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective health system customers

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role (ideally in tech or software)
• Demonstrated record of top sales performance (i.e., quick promotions, consistently beats quota) or thrives in competitive environments if a new grad (e.g., elite athletes)
• 6-12 months of prior SDR / sales experience or truly exceptional new grad
• Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting techniques
• Strong knowledge of basic sales fundamentals (e.g., CRM, ICP)
• Excited to be in-person 5 days per week in SF and become an Enterprise AE

Nice to Have

• Background (or deep appreciation) in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
