About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic team in Lutsk, Ukraine, focusing on B2B sales and client acquisition.

We provide a full range of services including website and platform development, CRM, and mobile app development for Android and iOS. Our company specializes in business automation, particularly in healthcare, e-commerce, event organization, education, and more.

We are rapidly growing and are now looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to start and grow in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the client base and global reach.
• Searching for and establishing connections with potential clients.
• Initial contacts via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, etc.
• Analyzing key performance indicators.
• Scheduling meetings for sales managers.

Requirements

• Willingness to consider and train beginners from Lutsk or with 1+ years of experience from other cities.
• Skills in cold generation of potential B2B clients.
• Analytical thinking and high-level search skills.
• Strong written business communication and sales skills.
• Proficient written communication with people.
• English at the Intermediate+ level (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Results-oriented approach.
