About the Position
Sales Lead Generation Manager
Mirko Solutions is a young and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to achieving results. We provide a full range of services including website and platform development, CRM, and mobile app development for Android and iOS. Our company specializes in business automation, particularly in healthcare, e-commerce, event organization, education, and more.
We are continuing to grow rapidly and are currently seeking a proactive Lead Generation Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to start and develop in the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the client base and global reach.
- Searching for and establishing connections with potential clients.
- Initial contacts via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, etc.
- Analyzing key performance indicators.
- Scheduling meetings for sales managers.
Requirements
- Willingness to consider and train beginners from Lutsk or with 1+ years of experience from other cities.
- Skills in cold generation of potential B2B clients.
- Analytical thinking and high-level search skills.
- Strong written business communication and sales skills.
- Proficient written communication with people.
- English at the Intermediate+ level (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Results-oriented approach.
