About the Position
A digital marketing agency is seeking a Sales Manager who can effectively present our services, attract new clients, and build long-term partnerships. We operate in PPC, affiliate marketing, creative production, and analytics - and we’re looking for someone who can help scale our client base.
Responsibilities
- Actively search for and onboard new clients (B2B, B2C)
- Deliver presentations on agency services (PPC, affiliate, SMM, SEO, analytics)
- Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers and contracts
- Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align terms and launch projects
- Maintain CRM system and report on lead and deal status
- Participate in conferences, online events, and networking activities
- Foster long-term client relationships, upsell and cross-sell services
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales within digital or IT sectors
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, especially PPC and affiliate models
- Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, and deal closing abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- English suitable for business correspondence
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
