About the Role

As a Sales Manager (all genders) at MAI Group, you will support our Business Units Strategy & Experience and Technology & Data in the sales of Design Sprints, Workshops, and Transformation and Implementation projects. With your experience, you will manage your own deals and grow alongside our senior team.

Responsibilities

Qualification of incoming inquiries for workshops, design sprints, and consulting and implementation projects
Participation in pitches and moderation of workshop sections together with the senior team
Building your own network with clients and vendors
Coordination with consulting, design, and tech teams during the offer preparation
CRM maintenance and support in sales reporting

Requirements

3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a consulting or digital agency
Conceptual understanding of UX/UI/CX, platform architectures, and digital transformation
Consultative selling approach and closing strength
Experience or interest in moderating workshops
Initial own contacts and the desire to build a network
Very good German and fluent English skills
Regular travel and presence at the locations of the Business Unit (Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Vienna, Paderborn)

Nice to Have

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
