Sales Recruiter

About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Recruiter to join our team in Miami, FL. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, ensuring high-quality hires.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for sales roles (e.g., SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations).
• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, social platforms, referrals, and talent communities.
• Screen and assess candidates for selling skills, quota attainment, pipeline management, and team fit.
• Run structured interview coordination and maintain a fast, organized hiring process.
• Partner with sales leaders on intake meetings, scorecards, and hiring decisions tied to performance expectations and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate ATS activity and funnel metrics; identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Build and nurture long-term pipelines; share market feedback and competitor talent insights with leadership.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on sales recruiting.
• Demonstrated success hiring quota-carrying sales talent (SDR/BDR, AE, Account Manager, etc.).
• Strong ability to evaluate selling competencies (prospecting, closing, account strategy, performance metrics).
• Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn and modern ATS/CRM workflows.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth, metrics-driven environments.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
