In your role as Sales Support (m/w/d) in Credit Counseling, you will support our credit counseling teams in their daily business and help our customers get their credit faster.

Responsibilities

• You are the backbone of the team, handling incoming and outgoing customer correspondence for our credit counselors (m/w/d), both by phone and in writing
• You increase customer satisfaction by quickly and competently resolving incoming service inquiries
• You are the liaison between the customer and the bank, clarifying processing statuses with banks
• You record and maintain customer data and take on other administrative tasks for the team

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., Office Clerk (m/w/d) or similar
• Nice to have: initial experience in customer contact
• High conscientious and service-oriented work ethic
• You impress with your reliability, your communicative personality, and your team spirit
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing
