In your role as Sales Support (m/w/d) in the credit advisory, you will support our credit advisory teams in their daily business and thus help our customers get their credit even faster.

Responsibilities

• You are the support in the team and handle the incoming and outgoing customer correspondence for our credit advisors (m/w/d), both by phone and in writing
• You increase customer satisfaction by quickly and competently solving incoming service requests
• You are the link between customer and bank and clarify the processing statuses with banks
• You record and maintain customer data and take over further administrative tasks for the team

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training e.g. office clerk (m/w/d) or similar
• Nice to have: first experience in customer contact
• High conscientious and service-oriented way of working
• You convince with reliability, your communicative personality and your team spirit
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing
