Salesforce Academy

ECHO Technology Solutions is seeking talented, ambitious, and hard-working final-year students, graduates, or anyone with little or no work experience who wants to start or redirect their career in Salesforce. The Salesforce Academy is entirely remote and guided by dedicated mentors. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take the first step toward a career in Salesforce.

About the Program

Since 2002, ECHO Technology Solutions has been empowering businesses and nonprofits with transformative IT solutions. Our expertise lies in building, integrating, and supporting Salesforce, Litify, and Traction Rec solutions. Our clients are spread across several industries and include some of the most prominent organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The program is based on self-paced learning under the supervision of a mentor, using online learning platforms. Every candidate who successfully completes the training will have the opportunity to take the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam, with ECHO covering the exam costs.

The most successful candidates from the program will be offered a full-time position at ECHO. Our goal is to help candidates start their Salesforce journey and prepare them for a future career with us.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow under the guidance of dedicated mentors
• Complete self-paced training using online learning platforms
• Prepare for and take the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam

Requirements

• Educational background in IT/Computer Science (final-year students close to graduation also welcome, as long as you're not a full-time student with mandatory class attendance).
• Intermediate level of written and verbal English.
• Genuine desire to learn Salesforce.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Ready to kick off your career at ECHO once you complete the program.
