About the Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Service Cloud development and customization for a contractor role in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

Salesforce development and 2nd/3rd-level support across various areas (marketing automation, consumer services, R&D), all within Service Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core capabilities and platform development.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development and customization.
Strong skills in Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related Salesforce technologies.
Strong integration skills, including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salesforce solution architecture and technical design skills.
Experience with SAP integrations in Salesforce.
Experience migrating Salesforce Classic organizations to Lightning Experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge and knowledge article solutions, including article management.
Experience with Salesforce Voice, telephony integrations, and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) setup and configuration.
German language proficiency.

Preference for on-site work in Hamburg (not every day); theoretically, 100% remote work is also possible.
