About the Position

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and deliver scalable marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you'll work across Marketing Cloud Engagement and help clients build personalized customer journeys, implement enterprise integrations, and maximize customer engagement through data-driven marketing.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define solution architecture, implement best practices, and deliver high-quality marketing solutions for international customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Architect and optimize customer journeys, email automation, landing pages, and personalization strategies.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and connectors.
• Configure Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.
• Develop dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS where needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, solution design, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud data model.
• Experience designing customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, Sender Authentication Package (SAP), and marketing best practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solution designs.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, or Architect certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Interaction Studio/Personalization, or Loyalty Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein, Datorama (Marketing Cloud Intelligence), or AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Salesforce development (Apex, LWC).
• Experience in the financial services domain.
• Experience leading workshops, mentoring teams, or supporting pre-sales activities.
