About the Role

You will:

Support B2B sales activities and participate in delivery of projects in various roles.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions in the insurance and finance sectors.
Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
Act as a solution or business architect based on project needs.
Build lasting relationships with the clients’ key personnel and leadership.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Provide leadership on Salesforce best practices and drive adoption among client teams.
Present and justify architectural solutions to clients, including high-level estimates and technical recommendations.

Requirements

You need:

7+ years of IT experience within the insurance or financial sector.
5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Proven track record in functional design and creating High-Level Design (HLD) documents.
Strong understanding of core insurance or business models and processes.
Experience in B2B sales support (presales, scoping, commercial discussions).
Fluent English (at least C1 level).

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications.
Strong stakeholder management skills (building long-term client relationships).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends (AI, Agentforce, Data 360) and their applications in the industry.
