Deutsche Bahn AG is looking for a student for a vocational internship as a Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in / Gleisbauer:in (w/m/d) at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH in Berlin. The internship will take place from January 25, 2027, to January 30, 2027. Responsibilities

During your vocational internship, you will:

• Experience how track and switch facilities are maintained, repaired, and serviced
• See how a safe and stable rail network is created using state-of-the-art machinery and building materials
• Gain insights into the work areas on our construction sites, railway substructure, or railway superstructure
• Learn how, for example, track curves and track gauges are expertly checked using surveying instruments

Requirements

• You are at least 14 years old and in grades 8 to 13
• You find the professional world of DB exciting and already prefer outdoor work to office work
• You have German language skills at least at level B2
• Your work ethic is conscientious and independent
