Security – Security Officer

About the Position

We are seeking a Security Officer with experience in personnel and economic security to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and ensuring security at events.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and threats related to the security of the holding’s assets.
• Prompt response to security-related incidents, including investigations and implementation of corrective measures.
• Preparing reports on the overall security status of the holding, analyzing incidents, and developing recommendations to improve security measures.
• Participating in joint projects with other departments of the holding to integrate security considerations into business processes.
• Organizing measures to protect personal data and trade secrets.
• Conducting background checks of candidates during the hiring process. Supporting employee termination procedures.
• Organizing security arrangements during events.

Requirements

• Higher education in Law or Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel (internal) and economic security within private companies
• Experience in conducting background checks on individuals and legal entities
• Experience working in law enforcement agencies
• Knowledge of security systems
• Experience working with a polygraph examiner
• Experience working with databases
• Proficient PC user
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Fluent English (spoken)
• Ability to travel abroad to ensure security at exhibitions and conferences
