About the Position
Digital-marketing agency seeks a Sales Manager who can effectively present our services, attract new clients, and build long-term partnerships. We operate in the areas of PPC, affiliate marketing, creative production, and analytics, and we are looking for someone to help scale our client base.
Responsibilities
- Actively seeking and attracting new clients (B2B, B2C)
- Conducting presentations of agency services (PPC, affiliate, SMM, SEO, analytics)
- Leading negotiations, preparing commercial proposals and contracts
- Identifying client needs and formulating individual solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to agree on terms and launch projects
- Managing the CRM system, reporting on lead status and deals
- Participating in conferences, online events, and networking
- Maintaining long-term client relationships, upselling, and cross-selling
Requirements
- Experience in sales in the digital or IT sector - from 1 year
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, especially PPC and affiliate directions
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
- Experience with CRM systems
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Ukrainian, English at the level of business correspondence
- Proactivity, results orientation, ability to work independently
