Senior Account Executive, Creator Growth

About the Position

As a Senior Account Executive, Creator Growth, you will serve as the liaison between clients and Creator Growth managers, driving YouTube-focused affiliate campaigns and social production projects. You will manage client briefs, develop affiliate proposals, oversee project scopes and timelines, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. With a strong focus on YouTube creators and affiliate programs, you will build lasting client relationships, scale deal sizes and monetization opportunities, and contribute to future business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution. Work directly with clients, taking briefs, developing the proposal, and presenting to clients.
• Develop affiliate proposals meeting client expectations including creator scouting and evaluating, package development and quotation proposal ensuring margin and revenue targets of in-charge campaigns.
• Coordinate with Creator Growth Managers/ Executives and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
• Meet and communicate consistently with internal cross-functional teams to manage project scope, timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables, such as planning, creative and production teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Making reports to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Creator Growth managers and clients.
• Guide and mentor junior members to drive productivity and client satisfaction.
• Build & maintain relationships with platform representatives (Youtube/ Google, Meta, etc.) and partner vendors to strengthen rapport and impact future opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree - majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Account Executive role in affiliate/ influencer agency, or Youtube MCN roles.
• Experience working with KOLs, KOCs, artists, talent managers, agencies, or brands.
• Knowledge for Youtube and all YouTube programs: Youtube Shopping, Youtube Shorts and monetization.
• Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels. Open mind-set to utilize AI in daily tasks/operations.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication in English and Vietnamese, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing network content creator within entertainment, lifestyle, music, or commerce creators is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality is preferred.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or creator-to-commerce model is a plus.
