About the Position

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer/ML to join our team developing solutions for a client in the life science/healthcare industry.
We seek someone with knowledge and experience in ML engineering who can translate the capabilities of AI/LLM models into stable, scalable, and production-ready solutions, and has experience in designing systems using autonomous AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Building and interpreting econometric models (e.g., MNK, log-log models, generalized linear models)
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM
- Building and developing production AI systems – from prototype to deployment and maintenance
- Designing architecture and implementing agent systems (AI Agents)
- Creating solutions using RAG, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and agent memory
- Integrating LLM models with existing systems, APIs, and data sources
Requirements
- Commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and libraries used in machine learning
- Practical knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Experience in creating solutions using RAG, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and agent memory
- Practical experience in creating agent systems and agent workflows
- Ability to work with relational databases and SQL
- Fluent in English, at least at B2 level
- Ability to effectively collaborate in project teams and clearly present technical solutions
