About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (React) with 6-9 years of experience to join our leading bank in Asia, providing L3 production support for Digital Banking applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Digital Banking applications built on React and related frontend technologies.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and production deployments.
- Support application releases, change requests, and production implementations.
- Work with Oracle databases for application troubleshooting and data validation.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support deployment and release activities following DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Prepare management reports and provide regular status updates.
- Work across HPUX, Linux, and Solaris environments as required.
Requirements

Must have
- 6-9 years of experience in application development and L3 production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience supporting Digital Banking or enterprise web applications.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
