About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Backend / Technical Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on low-latency and high-throughput systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform as the Technical Lead of the product
- Take full responsibility for product development and delivery within deadlines
- Manage the entire software development cycle and engineering roadmap
- Design and develop system architecture and technical implementation
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the system
- Implement technical innovations, select tools, and develop engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Support and mentor the engineering team
- Actively participate in development as a hands-on engineer
- Continuously improve product architecture and technical quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Experience in a Senior Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead position
- Strong practical skills in backend development (Golang, PHP)
- Experience with low-latency and high-throughput systems
- Strong skills in system design and architecture
- Ownership mindset, responsibility for technical decisions and results
- English level - Intermediate or higher
