About the Role

You will:

Be a part of consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members.
Be an active member of Agile teams, taking ownership for your topics and areas.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
Familiarity with insurance business processes.
Experience delivering IT solutions as a part of an international team.
Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
Ability to apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work.
Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment.
At least a bachelor’s degree.
Excellent command of the English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1 level).

Nice to Have

Experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.
Ability to demonstrate leadership and team management skills and take responsibility for team results.
Good knowledge of German or French.
