We are seeking a (Senior) Business Consultant (f/m/d) – Microsoft Dynamics 365/ PO to join our team and optimize business processes.

Your Tasks

• Consulting and process optimization for the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals, and their realization
• Implementation and training
• Support of the sales department in the presales phase
• Customer project implementation (system customizing, Power Platform, Azure)
• Definition, modeling, and optimization of processes
• System and data migrations

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics, or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience
• Work experience as Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / Project Operations Consultant
• Extensive experience with Dynamics-365 processes, knowledge in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, and Project Operations module
• Readiness to travel
• Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
