Solution Architect (f/m/d) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 – UK

Dynamics 365 is our bread and butter, and we focus on project and resource management, process consulting, and software development. Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the technical architecture and implementation of system solutions
• Providing advice and support to clients in the planning, implementation, and integration of systems
• Preparing design and architecture documentation and assisting the project team during implementation
• Identifying risks and developing solutions to minimize them
• Assisting in test execution, quality assurance, and deployment processes
• Conducting training and providing customer support

Requirements

• Experience in advising customers and creating solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operation, Field Service, Customer Service and Contact Center, Azure & Power Platform, Power Pages)
• Experience in the development and implementation of solutions based on Dynamics 365, Azure & Power Platform
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies from Azure and Power Platform
• An interest and awareness of the latest generative AI innovations, such as Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Experience with integration solutions and tools
• Very good handling of MS Office programs (Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps
• In-depth knowledge of ALM processes for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Hands-on experience in setting up and automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
