About the Position

CHECK24 is seeking a (Senior) Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Autoteile to drive growth and strategic partnerships in the automotive parts market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing growth strategies, expanding the partner network, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance our platform and market position.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage and develop our most important key accounts in the tire, rim, and workshop sectors.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Identify growth potentials data-driven and derive concrete measures and sustainable account strategies.
  • Expand Partner Network: Acquire new wholesalers and workshop partners, develop existing partnerships, and strengthen our market position.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, data science, marketing, and customer service to develop our categories and processes.
  • Data-Driven Steering: Use market, competitor, partner, and user data analyses to make informed decisions and derive priorities.
  • Optimize Performance and Processes: Continuously drive the development of performance, user experience, and internal processes.
  • Actively Shape the Market: Influence the development of the digital tire market through your strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Education: A completed degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional Experience: At least five years of experience in Business Development, E-Commerce, Sales, Consulting, or a similar environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confident demeanor and the ability to successfully lead complex negotiations and build long-term partnerships.
  • Analytical Competence: Data-driven work and the ability to derive clear action recommendations from complex contexts.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: You understand business models holistically and independently develop ideas for the further development of our categories.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Initiative and motivation to independently drive and implement topics.
  • Sales Success: Proven success in developing and activating partners and achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Understanding: A good understanding of digital products, platforms, and processes supports you in your daily work.
  • Tools and Work Instruments: Confident use of MS Office and efficient use of the programs for analysis and control of your topics.
  • Mobility: Basic willingness to travel to support partners on-site and expand relationships.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills (min. C1) that you confidently use in your daily work.
