Responsibilities

Requirements

• Academic Background: You hold a completed degree, for example, in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, Healthcare Management, Hospital, Care, or OR Management, or a comparable field.
• Methodical Knowledge: You have experience in organizational development, change management, strategy, or finance and controlling.
• Experience and Motivation: Experience in consulting is advantageous, but committed consulting personalities from operational roles are equally welcome.
• Analytical Strength: Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good project management knowledge complete your profile? Perfect!

We Offer

• Attractive Compensation: You can expect a stable position with performance-based remuneration starting at €90,000,- gross/year for Managers and €85,000,- gross/year for Senior Consultants (including an attractive, uncapped bonus system) – with a willingness to exceed based on qualifications and experience.
