About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience in business analysis and SQL to join our global team in a remote role from Poland. You will join a Regulatory Reporting Platform within a large US investment bank. The platform is responsible for collecting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data from multiple internal systems to produce regulatory reports for 240 jurisdictions worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Requirements elicitation, documenting, and management.
- Create rules based on gathered requirements using an internally-built language (similar to KNIME).
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate possible production issues.
- Maintaining project backlog.
- Participate in product increment acceptance testing and testing results analysis.
Requirements

Must have
- 6+ years of requirements management / business analysis experience.
- SQL knowledge, be able to write complex SQL queries.
- Scripting experience (R, Python, VBA, or any other language).
- Technical knowledge, ability to read the code.
- Experience in process analysis and documenting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive team player, stress resistant.

- Knowledge of cloud environments and modern data platform architectures.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams within a distributed global setup.
