Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer with a passion for data to join our team of skilled professionals. This position involves collaborating with clients across diverse industries – including Finance, Telecom, Media, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Pharma, and more.

Responsibilities

• Create advanced-level dashboards and reports
• Design data models and prepare data for analysis while ensuring effective profiling
• Analyze business problems and technical environments in a detailed manner
• Manage security configurations and oversee the administration of reporting environments
• Support architecture and testing processes to align with best practice standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience with a reporting tool such as Power BI (preferred) or Tableau
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Visualization principles
• Skills in developing effective reports and dashboards
• Advanced SQL knowledge paired with a background in relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of concepts such as landing, staging areas, data cleansing, profiling, security, and architecture (DWH, Data Lake, Delta Lake/Lakehouse, Datamart)
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake
• Expertise in testing for data products
• Ability to thrive in an agile development environment, such as SCRUM or Kanban
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and industry best practices
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
