About the Position

Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Bash, and Python
Develop and improve deployment automation and runbooks (Ansible, scripting)
Operate Kubernetes workloads in an on-premises environment
Monitor applications and infrastructure with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
Investigate incidents end to end and support development teams with issues they cannot resolve themselves
Optimize container images and support system hardening, patching, and compliance
Collaborate closely with developers and cross-country teammates

Requirements

6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering roles
Working (user-level) knowledge of Kubernetes
Strong Linux administration (Oracle Linux, RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, or Ubuntu)
Automation with Bash and/or Python
Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or GitHub Actions)
Strong troubleshooting skills with proactive, end-to-end ownership
Comfortable working directly with development teams
Good English for daily collaboration with Czech colleagues

Nice to Have

On-premise infrastructure experience
Java/JVM application management
Config management
Monitoring with ELK/EFK, Zabbix, or Datadog
