Senior Economy and Monetization Designer

About the Position

We’re looking for a Senior Economy and Monetization Designer to join the team and help us design, simulate, and balance new monetization-related features and events. Responsibilities

• Work in close cooperation with game designers and product managers to create the monetization, system, and economy design of new games.
• Improve the monetization of existing Outfit7 games by optimizing their economy, IAP offers, ads, etc.
• Analyze the work of competitors, as well as other top-performing games and games with interesting features.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the department, including sharing the findings of any professional analysis and independent research.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IAP driven game monetization.
• Good knowledge of system and economy design.
• Good knowledge of economics and statistics.
• Knowledge and understanding of game design fundamentals.
• Knowledge of simulation approaches.
• Clear understanding of what makes a good game.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Positive, make-it-happen attitude.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as an Economy and Monetization Designer in the gaming industry, preferably working on new titles.
• Experience with various IAP game monetization approaches and best practices in hybrid-casual games.
• Familiarity with methods of data analytics and statistics is a plus.

Compensation
