About the Position

Senior ERP Consultant (m/w/d)

Medialine EuroTrade AG is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant for our office in Erlenbach am Main. In this role, you will support our clients in the implementation, optimization, and operation of their ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and gather customer requirements in the ERP environment (Mesonic WinLine and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Design and implement suitable solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Support and execute ERP projects from analysis to implementation
• Advise clients on optimizing their business processes
• Create technical concepts, documentation, and solution proposals
• Work closely with development and system technology to implement requirements
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients
• Provide 2nd level support and handle complex inquiries
• Ensure stable system operation and continuous system development

Requirements

• Completed commercial education, degree in Business Administration/Economics Informatics, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the ERP environment (consulting, support, or project work)
• Good knowledge of at least one ERP system (preferably Mesonic WinLine); additional systems are advantageous
• Understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, logistics)
• Experience in working with clients and implementing requirements
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL Server) and MS Office
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant working style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
