Senior ERP Consultant – Strategic Lead (m/w/d)

Medialine EuroTrade AG is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant – Strategic Lead to join our team in Erlenbach am Main. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital transformation of our clients through the implementation of modern ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic consulting to clients for the development and digitalization of their business processes in the ERP environment.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof ERP architectures.
• Take responsibility for the design, steering, and implementation of demanding ERP projects (end-to-end).
• Develop solution strategies based on Mesonic WinLine and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Moderate workshops at departmental and management levels and derive clear decision options.
• Manage the interfaces between departments, development, and system technology.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and sustainability of the implemented solutions.
• Actively shape our ERP portfolio, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in projects and coach and develop consultants.
• Serve as an escalation and solution instance for complex technical and business issues.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of demonstrable experience in consulting and implementing ERP projects (preferably in medium-sized companies).
• In-depth expertise in at least one ERP system (preferably Mesonic WinLine); additional systems (Business Central) are advantageous.
• Very good understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, etc.).
• Experience in developing solution architectures and dealing with complex system landscapes.
• Sound knowledge of data structures, MS SQL Server, and integration scenarios.
• High methodological competence in project management (classical, agile, or hybrid).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex issues comprehensibly.
• Confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels, especially when dealing with decision-makers.
• High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and result orientation.
• Excellent German and very good English skills.
