About the Position

Senior Finance Analyst, APAC (all genders)

Distribusion Technologies is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, providing seamless access to ground transportation online. We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – APAC to join our team and manage finance operations across our growing APAC business, with an initial focus on Vietnam and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of finance operations across APAC, focusing on accounting, invoicing, settlement, reconciliation, banking, and payments.
• Review and optimize local accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely accounting, compliance, and month-end closing.
• Manage local banking relationships and support entity financing activities, including new local bank setups, intercompany funding, transfer pricing arrangements, loans, and capital increases.
• Support monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis, identifying key trends, variances, and risks.
• Act as a key Finance point of contact for APAC partners, supporting finance-related questions and coordinating with internal teams.
• Drive improvements to finance processes and internal systems, working with Finance, Product, and Tech teams.
• Collaborate across Finance and the wider organization, supporting cross-functional initiatives and team priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant finance experience with solid accounting and financial operations knowledge.
• Practical experience with local GAAP and IFRS, including working with external accountants and tax advisors.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, and AI tools.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese are required; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Big 4 or audit background.
• Experience with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banking, or payment operations.
• Experience in technology, marketplace, e-commerce, travel, or other transaction-heavy businesses.
• Exposure to group reporting and working with a European or international headquarters.
